Riga Original® x the MUNIO green moss candle is made from a natural soy and rapeseed wax blend, and natural moss scent. The candle is decorated with moss from our forests, giving it a nature-inspired beauty. As the candle burns in the tunnel, the heat of the flame illuminates the plants at the edges of the candle, creating a soft, warm atmosphere and making it a striking accent in the home.
Part of the Riga Original® collection, this candle continues the tradition of thoughtfully designed essentials that highlight the best of local craftsmanship and culture. Carefully crafted in the MUNIO studio using sustainable, plant-based ingredients for a cleaner, longer-lasting burn.
USAGE
Place the candle on a heat-resistant stand, away from drafts, flammable materials. Before lighting the first time, shorten the wick to about 1 cm and let the candle burn until most of the surface has become liquid. It is recommended to burn the candle for no longer than 3-4 hours at a time, always monitoring it. Soy wax can crack due to temperature fluctuations - this is natural. As the candle burns, it creates a tunnel that illuminates the plants inside.
Unhurried & Handmade
Each piece is done by hand. Each herb, flower, botanical and moss for the candles is picked and gently placed in the candle by hand. Then the candle-makers mix, pour, demold, and package all products by hand with great sense of pride to pass the calm & care further.

The company was co-founded by two sisters Elina & Laura. Together, they blend creative product development with production, logistics, and finance, everything from gathering botanicals to the final product in your hands.

Each candle is designed to reveal the natural fragrances of the Baltic region. After the studies at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery in France, Elina learned to compose scents from scratch using natural ingredients.
Drop by the tiniest drop, until the aroma is just right. Infused into natural soy and rapeseed wax, these pure fragrances create candles that burn twice as long as traditional paraffin ones. A product where the science of perfumery meets the Baltic soul, preserved and brought into your home.
