How does Miesai Gift Cards work?

2. Choose the preferable FORMAT.
3. Add it to your CART & BUY it.
4. DELIVERY:
eGift Card: You will receive an email with a digital GIFT CARD. It will contain a code that can be used either on our online store or at Miesai store. You can print it out yourself or resend it to the recipient yourself.
Greeting Card: We will deliver your Miesai Gift Card in an envelope either to you or directly to the recipient. If there is any custom message you want to add, please let us know in the NOTES section at Checkout.
Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take?
Latvia: 3–6 business days. Europe: 7–10 business days. Rest of world: 2–4 weeks. Express courier options are also available at checkout. Free shipping in Europe on orders over €60.
Can I pick up my order in Riga?
Yes — free in-store pickup at Ģertrūdes 121, Riga. Omniva pickup points across the Baltics are also available (2–4 business days).
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to return unused items in their original condition. Email hello@miesai.com before returning. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the return.
