Each loaf is shaped by hand and baked in wood-fired stone ovens, following ancient Latvian traditions passed down through generations. This process taked up to 36 hours, allowing time, care and skill to bring out deep, authentic flavour.

Rooted in Baltic heritage, this is bread made the traditional way - with patience, intention, and nothing but the essentials.
