A minimalistic two-word design mug with a concise reminder of a worthwhile thought.

Every mug is printed with two different words on each side. The words are typed in the iconic Cirulis font, designed by a design studio Asketic and inspired by the signature lettering of Ansis Cirulis (1883-1942) — one of the first Eastern European designers from Latvia.

“MĪLA / DVESMA” ( "LOVE / GENTLE WIND" )
A tribute to our native Latvian language and its poetic sounding.

“People need to be reminded more often than they need to be instructed.”
―C.S. Lewis

Design mug Mīla/ Dvesma

Friends tried to buy the mug in shops around Riga without success. I myself bought the mug 2 years ago in the Miesai design shop. Because I need the mug on Sept. 1st as a gift, I was not able to wait until my next visit in Riga, I ordered the mug in the online shop. The mug reached Hannover, Germany, within a few days. Everything perfect. I love the mug!

Thank you very much! Happy to hear that our products are in Germany!
